2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pka365, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pka365. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your Account if one has been created.

pka365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of pka365 after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of pka365 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pka365 does not permit access or account registration to persons under 18. Age verification via CNIC or other government-issued documentation may be required at registration or at any subsequent point.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, not on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity for commercial wagering purposes without prior written authorisation from pka365.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing pka365 from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pka365 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pka365 or had your account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, agent, director, or close family member of a pka365 employee involved in the operational running of the platform.

pka365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use pka365 Services, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, valid email address, and an active Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active pka365 Account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. pka365 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any funds therein may be voided.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pka365 login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pka365 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4.4 KYC Verification

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

pka365 currently supports the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (where applicable). Supported methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly offered.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the pka365 cashier section and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account wallet following successful confirmation from the payment provider. pka365 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing networks, mobile wallet operators, or banking intermediaries.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method associated with your pka365 Account. Withdrawals to unverified methods or third-party accounts are not permitted. pka365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests that meet certain thresholds or that are flagged by fraud detection systems. 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pka365 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. Accounts may be flagged for review where transaction patterns are inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour. Deposits may not be withdrawn without a minimum level of genuine wagering activity, as specified in the cashier section. pka365 cooperates with relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on pka365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product or market. General principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the pka365 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where an explicit cash-out facility is available for the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, pka365 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes. Winnings resulting from a verified system error may be voided.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pka365 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with pka365 Services.
• Collusion with other players or external parties to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pka365 games or systems for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming — including commercial wagering operations, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Accessing pka365 from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal under applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward pka365 support staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pka365 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the property of pka365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pka365 Services for personal recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of pka365 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pka365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of pka365 Services, even where pka365 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures that prevent access to betting markets or games, particularly during live events.
• Losses attributable to your failure to safeguard your account credentials or resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Any loss arising from a bet or game outcome that you believe to be incorrect, where the outcome has been confirmed by the relevant game system or sporting authority.

Nothing in these Terms limits pka365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Closure

• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive account activity has been detected.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period following a request.
• A Player is determined to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed for regulatory or responsible gaming reasons, any genuine balance (net of bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all necessary reviews are completed, unless the closure is the result of confirmed fraudulent activity.

13. Amendments to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pka365's operating jurisdiction. By using pka365, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws applicable in your own jurisdiction, including those of Pakistan.
